Overview
The Kyoritsu KEW 2055 is an AC/DC clamp meter rated IEC 61010-1 CAT IV 600 V, which allows it to be used at the origin of low-voltage installations. It measures AC and DC current up to 1000 A through a 40 mm jaw, with 0.1 A minimum resolution.
Voltage ranges run to 600 V AC and DC, and it adds resistance to 60 MΩ, continuity, frequency and duty cycle. A red LED gives a non-contact voltage warning, and the display shows 6039 counts with a bar graph. Kyoritsu positions it for power distribution companies, utilities and maintenance teams.
