Warranty
Manufacturer warranty terms apply to all products. The warranty period and conditions depend on the model and are set by the manufacturer. Ask us for the terms of the model you are buying before you order.
If an instrument develops a fault, contact us with the invoice number, the model and serial number, and a description of the problem. We will help you with the manufacturer's warranty process.
Damaged or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, tell us as soon as possible after delivery, with photographs of the package and the item. We will arrange a replacement or another agreed solution.
Other returns
Test instruments are supplied to your order. Returns for other reasons, such as a change of mind or choosing the wrong model, are accepted only if we agree in writing before the item is sent back, and may be subject to conditions such as unused condition and original packaging.
