These terms apply to the use of kyoritsumeters.in and to order requests sent through it. The website is operated by Industrial Supply Syndicate, Kolkata, an independent reseller of Kyoritsu instruments.

1. Independent reseller

Industrial Supply Syndicate is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an authorised dealer of Kyoritsu unless explicitly stated in writing. Kyoritsu names, model numbers and trademarks belong to their owners.

2. Prices and GST

All prices are in Indian Rupees. Prices shown are indicative and may change without notice. "List Price" is the manufacturer's Indian list price; "Our Price" is our discounted price before GST. GST is charged at the applicable rate (shown on each product, normally 18%) and appears separately on the invoice. Freight is not included in website prices.

3. How an order is made

  1. An order request or quotation request sent through this website is an enquiry, not a confirmed order.
  2. We check availability and send a formal quotation or proforma invoice showing the price, GST and freight.
  3. An order is confirmed only when you accept the proforma invoice and we receive payment as stated on it, or when we confirm it in writing.
  4. We may decline a request, for example if a product is unavailable or a price shown was in error.

4. Delivery

We deliver across India. Delivery time and freight depend on the location and are confirmed on the proforma invoice. See the shipping page.

5. Warranty

Manufacturer warranty terms apply to all products. We will help you make a warranty claim with the manufacturer or its service channel.

6. Product information

Specifications are taken from manufacturer documentation and may change. Images are representative only. You are responsible for choosing an instrument suitable for your application and for using it according to the manufacturer's instructions and applicable safety rules.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or of products supplied. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Kolkata, West Bengal have jurisdiction.
