Shipping and delivery

We deliver across India. Freight is calculated for your delivery location and added to the proforma invoice after we discuss the order with you.

Freight

Website prices do not include freight. After you send an order request, we work out freight for your delivery location, package size and preferred speed, and include it on the proforma invoice. Nothing is charged until you have seen and accepted it.

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched from Kolkata after payment against the proforma invoice. In-stock items are normally dispatched promptly; for items available on order, we tell you the expected lead time on the proforma invoice.

Documents

Each shipment is sent with a GST tax invoice. If you gave us your GSTIN, it is printed on the invoice.

On delivery

Please check the package when it arrives. If it is damaged, or anything is missing, note it on the delivery receipt where possible and tell us as soon as you can, with photographs.
