Overview
The Kyoritsu MODEL 3005A is a digital insulation and continuity tester built to IEC 61557. It tests insulation at 250, 500 and 1000 V with ranges up to 2000 MΩ, delivering at least 1 mA at the rated voltage, and measures continuity with a 200 mA minimum test current.
A bar graph shows the insulation reading alongside the digits, an auto-null function subtracts test-lead resistance from continuity readings, and a live-circuit warning buzzer sounds if voltage is present. Releasing the test button discharges the circuit under test. The case is IP54, and each unit in this listing comes with a KEW test certificate.
